My favourite doctor was the first to say "Don't blink" and "I'm a time-traveller. I point and laugh at archaeologists"! Tenth all the way!

'Tis true what they say; your first Doctor will usually always be your favorite Doctor. In my case, it's the 10th. The very first episodes of Doctor Who I ever watched were Human Nature/The Family of Blood, and I have to say, I was just as confused as John Smith was! Haha :D
The 9th and 11th Doctors are also undeniably awesome in their own ways, for sure (can't say about Classic Who though, haven't seen any of it!), but the 10th Doctor is MY Doctor. He's a lot of other people's favorite Doctor as well, and for good reason. Allons-y!
